1. The service

Speemail is an AI-powered email assistant: it connects to mailboxes you authorize, classifies incoming mail, drafts replies and follow-ups for your approval, watches threads, and provides cleanup and automation tools. By creating an account or connecting a mailbox you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be authorized to connect any mailbox you connect.

3. AI-generated content

Drafts, classifications, and suggestions are produced by AI and may be inaccurate. Speemail is human-in-the-loop by design: you review and approve every outgoing email and every mailbox action suggested by the AI. You are responsible for the content of anything you approve and send. Mail rules you create run automatically as configured — you're responsible for their configuration.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or unlawful content sent through the service.
• No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service or access other users' data.
• No use that violates Google's, Microsoft's, or Anthropic's terms.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and described at signup. Trials don't require a card. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your data

Your email belongs to you. Our handling of mailbox data is described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnecting a mailbox or deleting your account removes our access.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms — material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speemail disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed emails, mis-classified messages, or the content of AI drafts you approve. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
